.today begins day one of my journey to become prescription medication free .i have been taking strattera for 4 years and have had decent success in fighting my adhd battle, but at the expense of some negative side effects of which i have finally succumbed to .primarily hair loss, weight gain, and severe mood swings .not a fan .so begins day one of my battle, my journey, my walk out of the darkness that is america’s number one problem solver .throw a pill at it

travis and family, jeremiah and family and i went to a grace point small group in pea ridge last night  .had a great time  .it was the first so mainly a time of greet and meets  .i think _god_ is moving in the background  .i guess i will just have to wait till the curtains come up to see what the deal is  .peace
